Rustic West Virginia Barn Wedding | Parkersburg, WV

Outside a small barn tucked in the rolling hills of West Virginia is where they said “I do”. Having their family and friends gathered together was extra special as Charity and Mitch would be moving states away shortly. The day was filled with lots of joyful tears and happy moments throughout all of the wedding preparations and first looks. It seemed like a normal, sunny summer day, but shortly after the ceremony had concluded, the wind began to pick up. The thunder got louder and louder in the distance until the rain started POURING. Charity and Mitch embraced it fully. They were truly two kids in love, and will remember this moment the rest of their lives. They continued to their reception soaking wet for their toasts and cake cutting. The clouds then parted to the most gorgeous golden hour (+ rainbow). Talk about a silver lining.
