Our Top 5 Unique & Photogenic Indiana AirBnB's

Over the last few years, Kaity and I have spent a lot of time exploring different AirBnB’s all over the midwest (and beyond!). We’ve been able to develop relationships with several owners and use their properties for various photo sessions. We decided to compile a few lists to help anyone who may be searching for a unique AirBnB in Indiana! Any of these would be perfect for photoshoots. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out at info@rainstormphoto.com.

This AirBnB is located in a small rural neighborhood in Upland, IN. Once we entered, we were stunned. The owners of this sweet place certainly have an eye for design. If you are needing a stay half way between Indianapolis and Fort Wayne, we would highly recommend giving it a try! With all fees, this location is $126 for one night. Kaity and I rented this tucked away little cabin for a personal getaway as well as for a family session. You can find this peaceful cabin in the countryside just outside of LaPorte, IN. The loft bed and forest-facing front door make this a perfect romantic getaway. The owners Jo and Steve are very friendly and are happy to chat with you… or leave you alone :)
A night here will run around $162. Find out more here: Cabin on Swede Hill - LaPorte, IN

This AirBnB is one of Kaity’s favorites. Complete with a hot tub, two person shower, hammock, and fire pit, we were instantly in love. Although, the cottage is near the owners home, we never saw anyone during our stay. It felt private and personal. On top of all of this, it’s located a short distance away from one of our favorite coffee shops, Embassy Coffee, in downtown Goshen. One night here is $211- trust us… its 100% worth it! This “tiny shed”, just outside of Fort Wayne, is a spot we’ve visited several times as we were passing through town. We’ve also met our couples here for their own engagement sessions. It has recently been upgraded with a new living room and bedroom, and we can’t wait to experience it! Nancy & Dean’s warm hospitality was something that drew us in right away. There is a peace that seems to reside over the whole property. Do yourself a favor and book this place asap! At $165 for one night, you won’t regret it! Book it here: The Tiny Shed - Fort Wayne, IN

Now… for the grand finale! Found in Michigan City’s famed Tryon Farm property, this modern farmhouse is full of surprises. Not only is the space itself beautiful, the interior has been turned into an art gallery. A company called Beauty & Brawn partnered with the Pixelstix App to bring you a digital art experience unlike anything we’ve ever seen. You’ll have to experience it for yourself. This AirBnB has a two night minimum totaling $793. This would be a fantastic getaway for quality time with family.
