What is to(Gather)?

To(Gather) is a photographer meet-up hosted by Rainstorm Photo & GatherMidwest for the purpose of building community and relationships that will last a lifetime. The schedule for the day can be found below. This event will be somewhat similar to the @GatherMidwest instameet hosted a little over a year ago. Check out this video by Daniel Alecio: @GatherMidwest Instameet. We want to be friends, so start making plans now. This event will start around 10:00am Central Time and end shortly after sunset (6:31PM CST). 

Event Schedule (local time is CST)

10:00AM - Faith City Assembly of God parking lot - Google maps

We will all be meeting in this parking lot so that we can carpool and meet everyone briefly. We will take a group photo and go over the basic schedule. We will depart at 10:30am.

10:45AM - Radke's Apple Orchard - Google Maps

We will spend an hour and fifteen minutes or so exploring and photographing the Radke Apple Orchard. Make sure and pick up some apples while you're there to help them out! Parking may be an issue here. Please follow any directions given to you by the staff members. We will depart at 12:15PM

12:35PM - Red Mill County Park - Google Maps

This is where we will eat lunch, picnic style. This is the time to get out your blankets and share food with someone! We will spend around 2 hours here. There are trails, a pond, and a creek to explore. We will depart at 2:30PM. 

2:50PM - Uptown Arts District - Google Maps

You will have around an hour and fifteen minutes to explore what Michigan City has to offer in its vine covered alleyways, thrift shops, and various eateries. We will depart around 4:05PM.

4:10PM - Washington Park & Beach - Google Maps

During the last moments of our meet-up, we will be not only exploring Washington Park's Beach and Pier, but we will also be eating at the park beach restaurant, Fire & Water.
